1. The subject of the order is the purchase of computer sets with software and collective licenses for the needs of the District Office in Pleszew. 2. The scope of the task includes the delivery of the following items: 1). desktop computers 19 pcs, 2). monitors 19 pcs, 3). portable computers (laptops) 2 pcs, 4). office software packages - 50 pieces. 3. The delivered devices and software must comply with applicable standards and have the required approvals, certificates, technical approvals, certificates security, licenses, etc. 4. The delivered articles must be intended for the Polish market and come from the official sales channel. 5. Devices and software must be brand new, unused, free from any encumbrances and rights granted to third parties. 6. The delivery item will be handed over on the basis of a delivery and acceptance protocol, signed without reservations by the representatives of the ordering party and the contractor. 7. A detailed description of the subject of the order, minimum parameters, features, delivery and warranty conditions have been provided included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
