1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of surgical gowns and single-use medical devices, specified in detail in The assortment and price form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, for the needs of the Health Care Complex in Końskie.
2. The detailed description, scope and method of implementation of the subject of the order are determined by:
1) Annex No. 2 - Assortment and price form;
2) Annex No. 3 - Draft provisions contracts.
3. The order was divided into 12 parts, hereinafter also referred to as "tasks". The detailed scope of each part, description of the required parameters and estimated quantities of the assortment are set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Assortment and Price Form, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
