Total supply volume: 300 (three hundred) tons. Due to the lack of a specialized warehouse for storing coal at the Customer's disposal, delivery is carried out at the Customer's request in installments during the term of the contract. The Supplier is obliged to ensure the responsible storage of coal on site or in a rented warehouse until it is delivered to the Customer. The Supplier undertakes to enter into a custody agreement with the Customer, in accordance with to which: the entire volume of coal is stored with the Supplier; The supplier is responsible for the safety of the goods; Coal supply is carried out at the Customer's request in batches. Delivery and unloading of coal is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Customer-s territory. The Supplier is obliged to unload and pile the supplied coal into a warehouse on the Customer-s territory at the place specified by the Customer.
