Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of the services of the Central Printing System, on the basis of which a service will be provided enabling the Ordering Party to make black and white and color copies/prints of documents as well as scanning on multifunctional devices and the Contractor's printing machines, installed at the Ordering Party's offices in Warsaw, Katowice and Wrocław, in places indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order. 2. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. After concluding the contract, it will constitute an annex to the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract are Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous conditions specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to referred to in art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the Contractor carrying out an on-site visit and checking the documents necessary for the execution of the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5. Pursuant to Art. 95 paragraph 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party requires that, for the entire duration of the contract, the contractor sends: - 1 person to provide maintenance services (person performing activities involving the provision of maintenance services...
