Purchase of CAFM software The university cooperation bwIT-AW/bwCAFM intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery, introduction and maintenance of a computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system for the clients. The The cooperation includes all 37 non-university universities in Baden-Württemberg, Of which 27 universities have currently declared their binding participation in the framework agreement. The CAFM system to be delivered enables, in addition to area management Digital mapping and processing of relevant building management processes at non-university universities in Baden-Württemberg. This particularly includes support in the collection, management, evaluation and visualization of building data as well as the associated technical systems and processes. The software is operated centrally at the Baden-Württemberg University Service Center. The scope of services includes: 1. Provision and commissioning of the CAFM system, including: - Licensing of the required software modules, - Adaptation to the client's specific requirements, in accordance with this tender and any additions resulting from the implementation process, - establishing operational capability, 2.
