Purpose: road brush NO-86 is intended for installation on the shaft of attachments using spacer rings for hard cleaning of road surfaces from ice, compressed snow and caked mud. Design features: the disc consists of a steel core (crimp ring) and steel pile fixed in it. The core must have a one-piece rigid structure with a keyed projection for fixation on the shaft. Pile material: high-strength steel spring wire (rope steel) with increased wear resistance, resistant to corrosion, mechanical breaks and deformation under intense loads. Geometric parameters: internal (landing) diameter - 120 mm; outer diameter according to metal pile - 550 mm; the diameter of the pile steel wire is at least 0.8-1.0 mm. Physical and mechanical properties: operating temperature from -50 °C to +40 °C (preservation of rigidity and strength at extremely low temperatures); mass of one disk - not less than 0.85 kg.
