Double-ended low-pressure gas-discharge lamps for special purposes of the UVC series are designed for use as a source of ultraviolet radiation in the short-wave region (UV-C) with emission line 254 nm in bactericidal irradiators, recirculators and similar equipment (disinfection, air sterilization, protection from microbial contamination, etc.). The lamps do not produce ozone. The lamps are used in installations powered by AC power. frequency 50 Hz. with appropriate starting and control equipment (starter circuit for switching on a lamp with an electromagnetic ballast, starterless circuit for switching on a lamp with an electronic ballast) UVC - designation of the type of bactericidal two-base gas-discharge lamps low pressure 15W 30W—nominal lamp power, W.
