The subject of the order is the purchase of a backhoe loader, manufactured in 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. To the ordering party, Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Offered technical and quality parameters of the subject of the order - constituting the content of the offer. Other requirements: 1) the backhoe loader must be brand new, unused, have no physical or legal defects, in particular its parameters, technical and design features, as well as equipment must meet all applicable standards and safety requirements, 2) the backhoe loader cannot be encumbered with the rights of third parties; 3) the backhoe loader must have a declaration of conformity with CE or approval, 4) the backhoe loader must comply with the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997.
