Name of the proceedings: Purchase of a backhoe loader1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new backhoe loader under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program (OLIOC) for 2025-2026. 2. The contractor is obliged to clearly defining the products offered, characterizing them by indicating a specific product and brand name. 3. The equipment will be delivered at the expense and responsibility of the Contractor. The equipment must be fully functional, undamaged and free from any legal defects, including any rights of third parties and other charges and security for the receivables of third parties or their property rights, and meets the requirements of the Ordering Party.4. Parameters, technical requirements and detailed execution conditions tasks are specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order and Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - contract template.
