Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of a backup device. Increasing the level of cybersecurity in the Malechowo Commune. 2. A detailed description of the computer equipment can be found in Annex 2 to SWZ.3. The item of purchase should be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party.4. General requirements:1) Unless otherwise stated, all SWZ provisions containing technical parameters should be read as minimum parameters.2) The supplied equipment must be brand new, unused, unregenerated, complete, produced no earlier than January 2025, free from any physical and legal defects, technically functional, comes from the official distribution channel. The statement "brand new" means equipment in its original packaging (the packaging must be intact and protected by the manufacturer). A physical defect should also be understood as any non-compliance with the description of the subject of the order.3) The equipment must be equipped with all necessary for its operation and ensuring the required functionality of the Equipment, standard software solutions with the right to indefinite use by the Ordering Party...
