Tender Details

Framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of tables including technical accessories (optional items) for two school locations including the possibility of subsequent delivery to other locations. The tables to be delivered are equipped with castors, slide-in boxes, battery packs and inductive charging pads, among other thingser. Furthermore, these must have a height adjustment. The exact technical specifications can be found in the service description.

The state of Berlin, represented by the BA Lichtenberg of Berlin, school and sports office, intends to conclude the contract in favor of a framework agreementfor the purchase and delivery of modular tables for two high schools in the Lichtenberg district:



1. 11Yn01 high school and 11Kn01 integrated secondary school (AdK), Allee der Kosmonauten 22/22A, 10315 Berlin



and

2. 11Kn02 integrated secondary school (ABL), Falkenberger Chaussee 74, 13053 Berlin

and also for other schools in the district (available until 12/2025).

The delivery of all products and quantities requested in the list of services must be guaranteed as a complete delivery for the first named school location (11Yn01 / 11Kn01) by August 28th, 2024 at the latest . For theSecond named location - 11Kn02, a delivery (also as a partial delivery) is to be guaranteed from the 4th quarter of 2024 for each retrieval by the contracting authority.
