1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a set for dynamic calibration of the PTR-MS analyzer intended for cooperation with the PTR-ToF 1000 Ultra analyzer owned by the Ordering Party as part of a research project financed by the National Center for TGA-PTR-ToF-MS sciences in accordance with the technical parameters specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order, which is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. Subject of the order: 1) Unit for generating reference gas mixtures, brand new or factory refurbished, technically efficient, free from any legal and physical defects; the Ordering Party allows the unit to generate factory-refurbished reference gas mixtures, meeting all the following conditions: a) The refurbishment was performed only by device manufacturer;b) The device has the manufacturer refurbished status and has been covered by the manufacturer's full service procedures.2) The zero air generator compatible with the unit for generating reference gas mixtures is brand new, functional technically, without prior use, free from any legal and physical defects, not subject to third party rights.2.
