General requirements • The design of the racks is prefabricated, height-adjustable. • Shelves must be able to be installed at different heights. • The surface of the shelves must be continuous, without cracks or gaps, smooth and convenient for wet sanitization. • The material of the structure and shelves is stainless steel with nickel plating. • Thickness of nickel coating - 9-15 microns. • The thickness of the supporting structure material is 1.5 mm. • The thickness of the sheet material of the shelves is 1.0 mm. 2. Dimensions • length - 2.8 m; • height - 1.8 m; • width - 0.8 m; • number of shelves - 3 pcs. for each rack; • support posts - two posts for every 90 cm of length. Shelving must provide reliable stability and the ability to adjust the height of the shelves. All structural elements must be manufactured taking into account the requirements for strength, corrosion resistance and the possibility of regular wet sanitization.
