The subject of the order is the "Purchase of 5 pieces of AIO computer stations, a board and a device multifunctional - printer for the needs of "Pro-Medica" in Ełk Sp. z o. o. Case reference number: 1501/2026 implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D4.1.1 "Development of long-term care through modernization of the infrastructure of medical entities at the district level." 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The order is divided into 3 parts as below: 1)Package 1 - AIO computer station w quantity 5 pieces; 2)Package 2 - Board in quantity of 1 piece; 3) Package 3 - Multifunctional device - printer in quantity of 1 piece. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 4. The ordering party grants orders in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. This is one of the procedures planned for 2026 for the purchase of computer equipment. 5. In addition to the requirements specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting the Item Description Orders, the assortment offered by the Contractor and the method of execution of the subject of the order must be consistent with the DNSH principle - meaning the principle of "do no serious damage" within the meaning of Art. 17 Regulation of the European Parliament...
