Purchase of 20 two-section electric buses I. The subject of the order includes "Purchase of 20 two-unit electric buses".. II. Communication between the Ordering Party and the Contractors takes place using the e-Procurement Platform. III. Detailed description the subject of the order is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ IV. Pursuant to Art. 393 section 1 point 4 of the Act, the contracting authority will reject an offer in which products originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision, does not exceed 50%. V. Justification for not dividing the contract into lots - in accordance with Art. 362 point 1 of the Act for awarding contracts sectoral, Art. 91 section 2 of the Act, however, the justification for not dividing the contract into parts was included in the SWZ. VI. The ordering party applies for co-financing of the order from European Union funds for the implementation of the project Mon. "Green Szczecin - purchase of zero-emission bus fleet for the needs of public transport in the Municipality of Szczecin" under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment, FENX.03.01 Urban Transport Program (recruitment competitive no. FENX.03.01-IP.02-001/26).
