The Tripoli Diabetes and Endocrine Hospital announces its need to launch a public tender to purchase medical drugs in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Contracts Regulations No. 600 of 2024, in order to contract on a unit price system with estimated quantities for the supply of pharmaceutical items according to the list attached to the terms and specifications booklet. Firstly, scope. Contracting: The contract includes the supply of items in accordance with the approved specifications and technical specifications, with a unit price system, knowing that the quantities are estimated, without any obligation to purchase a minimum of the estimated quantities. Secondly, the award system will be evaluated in two stages, technical and financial. Bids will not be opened. Third, splitting the bid. The hospital reserves the right to split the bid and award quantities or items to more than one bidder, according to what it deems feasible.
