Public service contract for public passenger transport services of the B3 line bundle (Bünde city transport) As the responsible authority (Section 3 Paragraph 1 ÖPNVG NRW in conjunction with Section 8a Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 PBefG), the city of Bünde intends to establish a public one Service contract (ÖDA) for local public transport services to be awarded in accordance with Section 8 Paragraphs 1 and 2 PBefG. The ÖDA to be awarded includes all public passenger transport services that belong to the B3 “Stadtverkehr Bünde” line bundle including outgoing lines to neighboring local authorities. These public transport services are described in more detail in a supplementary document (see section 2.1.4 below). Includes scheduled and demand-based services Transport services. These are regular services in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 No. 3 PBefG in conjunction with. V. with §§ 42 - 44 PBefG. According to the current planning status, the total number of passenger transport services to be awarded is expected to be at the start of operations on July 26, 2027 to around 367, 000 scheduled kilometers per year in regular services in accordance with Sections 42 and 43 PBefG. In connection with the provision and management of passenger transport services, the ÖDA obliges the operator to provide the necessary vehicles and operational services Infrastructure.
