PUBLIC PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING A MULTI-YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF BIOMETRIC DEVICES FOR THE ELECTRONIC TAKING OF FINGERPRINTS AND PHOTOS ON behalf of the MEMBERSHIP DEPARTMENT.
The present assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement withone contractor for the purchase of biometric devices for the electronic taking of fingerprints and photos for the Immigration Office, including installation and an annual maintenance contract for 4 years for preventive and corrective maintenance.
This contract includes oneone lot and consists of two (2) items and required option :
Item 1 : Electronic Fingerprinting Device (TYPE A)
Item 2 : Electronic Fingerprinting Device (TYPE B)
Required option: preventive and corrective maintenance
The estimated amountUnits for the initial term of the contract, being 4 years, amount to 20 devices (type A= 2 devices, type B= 18 devices) for the electronic collection of biometric data.
