Public notice for the release of state-owned maritime concessions for tourist-recreational use The Municipality of Sarzana, pursuant to articles. 36 and 37 of the Navigation Code, of the L.R. Liguria n. 13/1999, of the art. 4 paragraph 2 law n. 118/2022 and subsequent amendments. and of current Plan for the Use of State-owned Maritime Areas (PUD), announces that a public procedure has been launched for the release of state-owned maritime concessions located in the territory of the Municipality of Sarzana, intended for the operation of establishments seaside. The award will be made to the economic operator who achieves the highest score as provided in the tender notice. The tender notice published on the Notice Board and in the Transparent Administration section of the site institutional, reachable at the following link: https://cloud.urbi.it/urbi/progs/urp/ur1UR033.sto?DB_NAME=n201753&NodoSel=109 Requests/offers may be submitted up to 30 (thirty) days following the last of the publications, between BURL, GURI AND OJUE.
