Public notice for objections and observations Publication - for any objections and observations - of the application for variation of the maritime state concession, pursuant to art. 24 reg. code nav., received on 06.16.2026 (acquired in the protocol of the Institution n. 13491 on the same date) and subsequent additions dated 06.23.2026 and 07.14.2026, acquired in the protocol. of the Institution respectively with nos. 14150/2026 and 16241/2026; this is an application produced as part of the issuing procedure of the single ZES authorisation, pursuant to art. 15 of the Legislative Decree n. 124/2023, presented by Taranto Cruise Port S.r.l. via the ZES Digital Single Desk. The above for the implementation of the "Project for the functional redevelopment of Molo San Cataldo Ovest with the construction of a service building for cruise ships" in the port of Taranto, consisting of the occupation of a ZD (state-owned area) of 9940 m2 and an OR (work to be carried out) of 2514 m2 located at the San Cataldo Pier west, map sheet 319, parcel 4084 (see attached Model D3 ID 281634). The change concerns the modification of the state-owned area under concession, the works, the methods of operation of the structures as well as the extension of the duration of the concession for a further eleven years.
