GIVEN the application SUA 2595 of 03.30.2026 prot.n.16698, with which the company LA TERRAZZA.2 SRLS, with registered office in Brindisi at via Lauro 34/38, (tax code 02604980744), requested, pursuant to art. 36 C.N., the issuance of a new ten-year concession deed, for the occupation and use of the compendium d.m. of a total of 1776.60 m2 (fgl.35, plot 262), of which m2. 110 occupied by an artifact that is difficult to remove, 208 m2 occupied by an easy-to-remove system (gazebo) and m2. 1, 458.50 of free area, located in localities “Sciaia”, to continue to carry out the restaurant/pizzeria activity, already available under concession no. 2/2016, scheduled to expire on 06.30.2026; HAVING SEEN the art. 18 R.E.C.N., the Regulations for the use of the areas added mm. falling into district of the AdSPMAM referred to in ordinance no. 8 of 03/26/2024, as well as art. 32, 1st paragraph, L.69/2009; IT IS NOTED that this notice will remain deposited, available to the public, in the online notice board of the undersigned AdSPMAM, available at www.adspmam.it for 45 (forty-five) consecutive days starting from the date of publication of the extract notice in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic as well as published in the Official Journal of the Union European Union.
