HAVING SEEN the SUA request 13894 of 30.12.2025 prot.n.51410, as integrated and partially modified with note dated 06.03.2026 (prot. n. 20260012765), with which the company. BRUNDISIUM s.p.a. with headquarters in Brindisi, Via Maiorana (Z.I.) snc (tax code 02172710747), in the person of the legal representative, has requested, pursuant to art.36 C.N., the release of a TWENTY-YEAR maritime state concession, for the use of the existing underground pipeline located in the port of Brindisi, loc. Costa Morena Ovest, (fgl, 58, plot 1/r, upper. virtual total of 436.80 m2) to be used, after replacing the tube bundle, for the transport of petrol and diesel to serve the terminal being built for the supply and discharge of hydrocarbons, diesel and petrol, in the area facing the Costa pier Morena Riva, as per the MASE authorization decree n.17500 of 03.14.2023.
