PU 3307.02 natural works stone work according to DIN 18 332 - facade renovation

The main object of the list of services are restorative natural work stone work on the listed facade Neustätische Kirchstraße 4-5 in Berlin. The entire ground floor is made of natural stone (Cotta sandstone, granite base in the splash water zone in the base area). In Dorotheenstraße there is a bay of solid sandstone, which ranges from the 1st floor to 3rd and repeats the facade structure. The complete natural stone area to be processed is approx. 700 m2.

The measures include:

- removal and cleaning work:

Remove small parts - 460 st

Wet cleaning - hot vapor - approx. 700 m2

Microparticle jet cleaning - approx. 370 m2

Compression salt - approx. 60 m2

Corrosion protection steel beam window fall - approx. 28 m

-Feastation, risk renovation and conservation restoration of staggered surfaces:

Consolidation with KSE - approx. 25 m2 in partial areas

Preservation restoration weathering zones by consolidating, worn and sludge with KSE-based flat masses-approx. 153 m2 in partial areas
