Description:

The United Nations Integrated Peace-Building Office in Guinea - Bissau (UNIOGBIS) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Travel Management Services. The requirement is to engage the service of an IATA registered Travel Agency to carry full air travel reservations, quotations, ticketing and related standard travel services. The technical specifications of the services required will be specified in the Request For Proposal (RFP). Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by courier, hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. 1. The EOI must include as a minimum, the following documentation/information: a. Brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience in delivering similar services. b. Company`s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail), etc. IMPORTANT NOTICE: 2. This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNIOGBIS reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the submission deadline; change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process, or select invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of capability in delivering similar services. Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 3.
