The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) is a Humanitarian Organization that worked throughout the 15 Counties; The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate and promote at all time all forms of humanitarian activities. Red Cross National Societies works to preventing and alleviating human suffering and thereby contribute to the maintenance and promotion of peace and development in the world.

Background:

The BSCCR fully supported by the SRC and implemented by the LNRCS is a three years initiatives aimed at focusing on four thematic areas identified by the LNRCS to achieve a sustainable National Society with robust capacity to adequately address the needs of the most vulnerable communities in three Chapters of the 15 Counties in Liberia. The four focus components of the initiatives are; Volunteer Management, Chapter and branch development, Resource Mobilization, and Gender and Diversity. Community engagement and accountability is a cross –cutting to the initiative as well as to all work done by the Red Cross.

Base on the above, The Liberia National Red Cross Society invites you to submit a proposal for solar panel equipment and installation work in three Counties, River Gee, Grand Krue and Sinoe, as per instructions specified in the Invitation To Bid .

Deadline for submission of tenders is Thursday on the 6th of March 2020 at
4:30pm.

Bid opening will be at the Liberia National Red Cross Office, Lynch street. Monrovia by the procurement committee on Monday, 09th of March 2020.

Conditions for submitting offers:

1. Prepare your proposal in your letterhead and have it signed, stamped and dated correctly.

2. Your proposal must be properly sealed in an envelope and labelled as follows:

3. Ensure the quotation is registered with our Security Guard to confirm that your company provided quotation. After registration ensure that seal quotation is dropped in our tender box at the first floor.

Your offer should clearly state the following:
1. Unit prices per item ex-work
2. Lump sum price for labour cost / installation per facilities
3. Transportation cost to final destination
4. Total prices DAP by road to ( River Gee, Sinoe and Grand Krue )

NB: Selected company will be responsible to transport their staff and provision of supply.
