Access to Tender Dossier: The tender dossiers can be obtained at the reception from the Agriculture Department office at Creole Spirit Building, Quincy Street, Victoria as from Monday 18 th September 2023 during working hours as of 9:00 am to 11:30 am against payment of a non - refundable fee of SR 150/- each.
Closing to obtain Tender Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 22nd September 2023 at 11:30 am. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been organised on Monday 25th September 2023 at 10:00am at the Victoria Market. Please note that it is mandatory for bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Failure to attend the site pre-bid meeting will result in the disqualification of the bidder.
