Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Service and Skilled Development Derivable in Selected Centres in Imo State.

3.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
All submission must be accompanied with the following documents:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including forms CAC2 and CAC7
(b) Evidence of Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2019.
(c) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2016, 2017& 2018) valid till 31st December 2019
(d) Evidence of current Pension Compliance clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2019.
(e) Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019.
(f) Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring 31st January, 2020 or valid certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
(g) Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of SERVICOM or the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) is a former or present Director Stakeholder or has any pecuniary interest of the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars
(h) Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2016, 2017 and 2018)
(i) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of the key staff including copies of Academic / Professional qualifications
(j) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letters of award, valuation certificates and job completion certificates and photographs of the projects.
(k) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria; indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed
(l) Evidence of Firm’s Registration with relevant professional body(ies) (where applicable)
(m) Lot 6: Letter of Authorisation from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs);
(n) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering / forwarding letter under the company / firm’s letter head paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by CAC, contact address, telephone number (preferably GSM number) and e-mail address. The Letterhead paper must bear the names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorised officer of the firm.

4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT (CATEGORY B)
Interested companies for LOT 6 are requested to collect Bid Documents as from Monday 12 August, 2019 from the office of the Head of Procurement room 115, SERVICOM Office, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase III, First Floor Central Business District Abuja. Upon presentation of evidence of non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only. Payment shall be made to SERVICOM’s REMITA account in any reputable Commercial bank of Nigeria.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (Category B)
Prospective Bidders are to submit bid in two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter put the two (2) sealed envelopes in a bigger sealed envelope addressed and hand-delivered to the Head of Procurement room 115, SERVICOM Office, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase III, First Floor Central Business District Abuja not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 23 September, 2019.

5.0 EXPRESSION QF INTEREST (CATEGORY A)
Interested Consultant for LOT 1 to 5 should submit their Expression of interest (EOI) on hard copy (one original and two copies) not later than 12:00 Noon Monday 26 August, 2019 in room 113 SERVICOM Office, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase III, First Floor Central Business District Abuja. Late submission will be returned un¬opened

6.0 OPENING OF BID/EOI
The EoI and the Technical bids documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 Noon on Monday, 26 August, 2019 and 12:00 Noon on Monday 23 September, 2019 respectively, at SERVICOM Conference room at the first floor Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase III, Central Business District Abuja in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register as the SERVICOM will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.

NOTE
(i) Category B: Only prequalified bidders will be invited at a later date for financial Bid opening.
(ii) Category A: Only shortlisted firms will be invited at a later date for collection of Request for Proposal
(iii) All CAC, PENCON, ITF, NSITF, Tax Clearance certificate and all other documents submitted shall be referred to security and other relevant Agencies for authentication.
(iv) Any Bidder whose submission does not strictly adhere to the above instructions will be disqualified,
(v) This advertisement does not constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of SERVICOM nor does it entitle any person to make any claim what so ever from SERVICOM for having responded to the advertisement.
(vi) SERVICOM also reserves the right to invoke the provision of section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 without incurring any liability to the bidder.
(vii) Documents to be submitted MUST be bound with spiral binder.
(viii) All relevant Civil Society Organisation and general public are invited to attend the exercise
