Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Services at PPADB Office Gaborone for a Period of 36 months.

Closing Date: 09 March 2018 at 10:00 (Local Time)

Site Inspection: A compulsory site visit will be held at PPADB Offices at Plot No. 8913, Maakgadigau way, Gaborone West Industrial on 09 February 2018 at 09:00 (Local Time) so that bidders can familiarise themselves with the area and its extent.

Restriction: The Procuring Department is PPADB. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) in the following categories: Code: 100 Security Services, Sub-Code: 01 - Guard Services; Valid Tax Clearance or Exemption Certificate; In cases where a bidder fails to submit required documents as mentioned within the tender, they will be requested to submit during tender evaluation within 2 to 5 days of notification. Bidders will be notified through a telephone call or SMS or email then by fax or letter. Non-responsiveness by a bidder shall result in the disqualification of bids. This tender is an Open Domestic Bidding Tender. A Two-Envelope Procedure will be followed. The above tender is an e-tender, for participation; the contractors will use the online PPADB e-bidding system
at http://ipms.ppadb.co.bw. PPADB will train bidders who wish to participate in the tender for only two (2) days from 12th to 13th February. 2018. Bidders who wish to attend can book for training through email to service desk@ppadb.co.bw or call Telephone No. 3602098/99. PPADB will also assist the bidders to get user ID and password as well as key pairs to be used in the system. The tender schedule to be followed is attached on table I. page 2. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telegraphic, faxed or emailed submissions shall not be accepted.
