Tenders Are Invited UNHCR Korea is seeking to appoint a competent in-country supplier who can provide an RCS messaging platform that can contribute to strengthening donor communication. The vendor should be able to provide an independent platform for UNHCR Korea to load data such as an address book and send RCS messages to individuals having Korean domestic phone numbers.Project duration: Service starting from the appointment of the selected service provider for the period of two (2) years, with the possibility of one (1) year of extension upon satisfactory performance. The service provision will take place in the Republic of Korea.Phase 1: 01 March 2024 31 December 2024Phase 2: 01 January 2025 31 December 2025Phase 3: 01 January 2026 31 December 2026Phase 4: 01 January 2027 28 February 2027Find attached in Annex A additional information about the services required (TOR).Please fill in the FinancialOffer Form (Annex B) for your price proposal. Your financial proposal must be all-inclusive, meaning that no further cost will be absorbed by UNHCR in case of selection.UNHCR is exempted from all direct taxes, with this regards the price must be given without any local taxes.
