Tenders are invited for Provision of Printing Services for West Nile (Arua).

African Initiatives for Relief and Development-AIRD Uganda is non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making International NGO. AIRD is currently working in nine African countries in East, Central and West Africa.

AIRD invites bidders to submit their bids for bellow supplies and services in the Uganda Program, FY 2019.

Bidders applying for these above activities should have the following core information provided:
• Certificate of incorporation/Registration, and other
proof of legal registration in Uganda, Current
trading licenses, PPDA registration Certificate
• Bidders Must be VAT registered
• Similar experience in the Supplies and services advertised
• Evidences of capacity to carry out the services (Personnel and equipment)
• statements from January 2018 to date 2019 with sufficient cash and good bank balance.
• Audited books of accounts for 3 years to current year (2016, 2017, 2018)
• High knowledge of emergency situations.
• Detail of ownership of equipment and tool
BID SUBMISSION
• Bid shall be submitted using TWO STAGE ENVELOPE METHOD. Technical and Financial bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes separately and clearly indicated as "TECHNICAL" AND "FINANCIAL" BID.
BID COLLECTION AND RETURN:
Bids must be picked from the above stated sub offices and returned in sealed envelope, clearly addressed to the Head of Procurement Unit in the respective Sub office beginning on 10th January to 24th January 2019 by closing time of 5:30PM.
