Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Printing, Branding and Desktop Publishing Services.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Partners in Health (PIH) is inviting reputable companies, Suppliers Vendors/service providers to update and include new establishment on its supplier database to provide goods and services in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed below. Partners in Health intends to set up a longterm Service Level Agreement (SLA) for goods/services after this exercise.
Qualified companies, Suppliers, Vendors/service providers meeting our eligibility criteria are to submit along with their response package the following documents which will be used in the evaluation process:
a) - Completed PIH Supplier/Company Registration Form (Pg. 1 - 3 of SRF)
b) - Copy of Company/applicant-s registration in country of origin (if applicable)
c) - Copy of company/applicant-s registration in Liberia which should include:
1. Business Registration Certificate (most current)
2. TAX Registration Certificate (most current)
3. Company Profile
4. Certificate of incorporation (if applicable)
5. Company-s Organogram
6. Company line of business
7. Number and type of employees
8. Trade License- (English Version-If applicable)
9. Any other licenses or authorizations issued by the appropriate government authority to operate as a business in Liberia
10. At least three references of major customers/clients (See SRF)
Note: You can either ways collect the package in person at our Sophie office, Congo town, Monrovia or by email using the email address provided below to request the package at once.
Your proposal response must be received in the following format:
 Full completion of the “Response” document in order that your package may be regarded as compliant. Those Response returned not completed may be treated as void.
Proposal Response to be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to [PIH- Supply Chain Team] at the below address. The envelope should indicate the ITP reference number, but have no other details relating to the bid. Example: PIH - Supply Chain Team

Your return Package must be received at the address below not later than [December 4th, 2020] ("the Closing Date"). Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in your proposal being void. Returned package must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the Closing Date. Partners in Health is under no obligation to award a contract to any bidder.
