Expression of Interests are invited for Provision of Plumbing Materials in Bukavu, Dungu, Goma, Kalemie, Kinshasa, Kisangani L'Shi & Uvira, DRC.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS
1. Provision of Plumbing Materials in Bukavu, Dungu, Goma, Kalemie, Kinshasa, Kisangani, L-Shi and

Uvira, DRC

The Plumbing Materials includes:

-Boiler/Heater, Boiler Part, Metal Fitting, Mirror, PVC Pipes and Fittings, Clamps, Coupling, Air Pressure

Tank, Metal Type Fitting, Plastic Flushing Mechanism, Plastic Fittings, Sanitary Closet, etc.

2. MONUSCO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue an

Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide relevant information

demonstrating their ability to fulfill MONUSCO requirements. In addition, the interested companies shall be

requested to complete the UN Vendor registration for Level 1 on the vendor database accessible in UNGM

(new Vendor only). A detail specifications will be provided to companies shortlisted for receipt of the

documents.

3. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid.

4. MONUSCO reserves the right in selecting the Invitees for the competitive bidding based on

substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Submission of an EOI would

not automatically warrant receipt of the documents; MONUSCO reserves the right to reject EOI-s received

after the deadline indicated below.

5. The Expression of Interest may be submitted by email to [email protected] or by

facsimile (see below) hand deliver or courier, clearly marked with the inscription “EOI-Provision of Plumbing

Materials in Bukavu, Dungu, Goma, Kalemie, Kinshasa, Kisangani, L-Shi and Uvira, DRC and addressed as

follows, to be received no later than 13 September 2015 at 15.00 hours Kinshasa time (GMT +1)
