The Groupe La Poste Institute is one of the 3 internal training organizations of the La Poste Group. It manages its training via the Cornerstone LMS training management tool (CSOD), internally called Maformation. The Group Institute via Maformation delivers training on several themes and in several modalities (face-to-face, virtual class, online, etc.). The Group Institute manages the digital learning offering, which consists of a library of off-the-shelf online training provided by a external service provider via a third-party platform. Thus, all employees of the La Poste group can freely follow various modules (notably digital, AI, security, compliance, CSR, management, soft skills, etc.) via CSOD-Maformation- with SSO authentication. La Poste is seeking to renew the off-the-shelf training catalog and is therefore looking for a service provider capable of providing an off-the-shelf training catalog via a platform interfaced with the Maformation LMS. THE consumption on the new external platform must automatically be integrated into the Maformation LMS, for each employee of the La Poste group.
