TERMS OF REFERENCE (ToR) FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER 1. INTRODUCTION TIMB is seeking the services of a qualified consultancy firm to facilitate the recruitment and selection of a highly competent Chief Operating Officer. The consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and adherence to best hiring practices. Recruitment will be done in consultation with TIMB Management team. 2. OBJECTIVES The objectives of this consultancy are: To attract and select a qualified Chief Operating Officer with the necessary skills and experience. To ensure a fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process. To align the recruitment process with the organization's strategic and operational needs. To provide expert recommendations on the selection of the best candidate. 3.
