INTRODUCTION This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the objectives, scope, and implementation framework for a Mental Health Awareness Program focusing on Work-Life Balance. The initiative aims to promote mental well-being among employees by educating them on effective strategies to balance professional and personal responsibilities. 2. OBJECTIVES The primary objectives of this program are: To raise awareness about mental health and its impact on work performance and personal well-being. To educate employees on practical work-life balance strategies. To reduce workplace stress and improve overall job satisfaction. To foster a supportive and healthy work environment. 3. SCOPE OF WORK The program will cover the following key areas: Understanding mental health and common workplace stressors. Strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
