Tenders are invited for Provision of Medical Insurance.
FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development organization with a value proposition “We design, develop, and deliver catalytic solutions that build resilience so that children, families, and communities can flourish”. FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Kamonyi, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero and Karongi districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2nd Floor, Kisimenti - Remera.
FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming model RFTS (Resilience and Flourishing through Systems Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction.
FH Association Rwanda is looking for a competent Insurance company to provide Medical Insurance for its 111 National Staff and their 416 Dependents for the period starting from 03 February 2024 and shall end on 02 February 2025. This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all insurance companies registered in Rwanda. Tender No: 004/12/FY24
All those interested by this invitation are requested to collect the terms of reference at the headquarter office of Food for the Hungry/ Rwanda located at Umuyenzi Plaza, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City from 14th to 21st December 2023 in working hours. Then From 8th to 12th January 2024 in working hours.
The offers well typed, appropriately bound technical proposal presented in One Original and Two copies and financial proposal presented in One Original and Two copies must reach in sealed envelopes to the aforesaid address no later than 16th January 2024 at 10:30am local hour. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
