Completed prequalification documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelope clearly indicating the category description and reference number being applied for and should be deposited in the tender box Head office of Britam Insurance (Tanzania) limited. Ohio Street, Garden Avenue during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100, 000/- for each category by Bankers Cheque payable to Britam lnsurance(Tanzania) Limited, or cash receipted at the office.
