Tenders are invited for Provision of Maintenance Contract Services (Satey and Control Systems) - Gas Pipeline.

This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which
appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 07/08/2023.
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the GAS COMPANY
(TANZANIA) LIMITED during the financial year 2023/2024. It is intended that part of the
proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of maintenance contract services (Satey and control systems) - Gas pipeline.
The GAS COMPANY (TANZANIA) LIMITED now invites tenders from eligible Sole Proprietor
Foreign, Sole Proprietor Local, Manufacturer Local, GOVERNMENT_ENTERPRISE,
Partnership Foreign, Partnership Local, Company Local, Manufacturer Foreign, Special Group and Company Foreign Suppliers of Provision of maintenance contract services (Satey and control systems) - Gas pipeline.
Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Act, Cap 410 and is open to tenderers specified in paragraph 3 of this IFT.
A complete set of tendering document(s) in ENGLISH may be accessed through NeST.
Tenderers are required to register on NeST and pay tender participation fee as indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the tendering document.
