Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Logistics Marine Base Services in Malta.

The needed services will be performed in accordance with the general terms and main technical specifications set forth below:

Minimum Requirements:

· Registered Marine agency services provider in Malta.

· Storage area, Open area 25, 000 m2 including pipe racks, Covered area 7500 m2.( on call-out basis).

· Dedicated berth adjacent to shore base or transit area with minimum length of 80m and minimum water depth of 8m. ( on call-out basis).

· Mud plant for a minimum capacity for base fluid 500m2, mixed mud 700m2 ( on call-out basis).

· Bulk soils 120 ton ( call out basis).

· Offices facilities to accommodate 20 person.

· Supply of drilling and potable water (call out basis).

· Certified crane for min SWL 150 ton and two types of forklifts SWL 10 & 20 tons.

· Proof of availability, Legal condition of facilities ( Ownership, long term rental, etc..).

HSE Minimum Requirements:

· Compliance with local/national regulations regarding environmental protection, safety, health and welfare/insurance issues

· HSE policy and objectives;

· Occupational Health and Safety Management: Evidences of how it intends to manage the safety aspects of the contract and relevant safety procedures applied to the Contract activities;

· Environmental Management: Evidence of how it intends to manage the environmental aspects of the contracts and relevant environmental procedures applied to the Contract activities;

· A record of hazards/impacts/risks in the workplace related to the general activities associated with the CONTRACT, inclusive of Subcontractor activities.

· Planning of activities required for the identification, evaluation and management of the significant HSE risks associated with the work;

· Evidences about the certificates related to the following aspects:

o excavations works,

o working at height,

o First Aid arrangements,

o Lifting Equipment.

· Organization Chart focusing on HSE roles and responsibilities (including CONTRACTOR’s key resources) and showing the name, title and contacts of its HSE representatives with CV describing professional experience on the management of the HSE aspects;

· Emergency response management, covering but not limited to: medical evacuation, road traffic accidents, oil/chemical spills, man/vehicle lost, offshore incidents…;

· HSE training plan;

· HSE audit and inspection plan/schedule;

· HSE reporting processes;

· Fitness to Work Certificate of contractor personnel;

· Certification of all Critical Machinery and Equipment’s (cranes, forklifts, power generators, etc.)

· Comply with all Risk Assessment and PTW requirements for all jobs

· Standard PPEs for all contractors’ employees.

· Equipment Maintenance records

As a result of ENINA evaluation in respect of above required services, only qualified, specialized and experienced vendors will be registered within ENI NA vendor list. In case you are interested to be an approved vendor, we will need to be provided with the following documentation/info:
