Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Kisozi-Nawanyago Road Section a (4.0km) in Kamuli District;

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50, 000/= (Uganda Shillings Fifty
Thousand Shillings only) per lot. The method of payment will be through bank -URA
collection Account by using Bank advice form which can be obtained on URA website.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall take place on 05th November 2018 at 10:00am at Ministry of Works
and Transport, Contracts Committee Boardroom, Plot 57/59 Old Portbell Road, P.O. Box
7174, KAMPALA.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8 (b) at or before 11:00am (Local Time) on
29th November 2018. Late bids shall be rejected. All bids must be accompanied with a bid
security of UGX 30, 000, 000= (Uganda Shillings Thirty Million only) per lot. Bid
securities must be valid until 04th July, 2019.
