A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by you and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSM1000.00 or USD74.00 at the address below. The method of payment will be cash, bank certified cheque, or telegraphic transfer to the bank account details below. Proof of purchase of bidding documents will be required for participation in the bid. At the Bidder’s option, Bidding Documents will be sent by courier services after payment of an additional amount equivalent to USD55.00 for delivery outside Lesotho and LSM800.00 for delivery within Lesotho. However, the Purchaser shall not be liable for late or non-delivery of the documents by the courier.
The bid must be delivered to the address below at or before 1400 hours on 14th December, 2018. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 1400 hours on 14th December, 2018
