Description:
1. The United Nations Integrated Peace-Building Office in Guinea-Bissau (UNIOGBIS), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered and licensed companies for the Provision, installation, Maintenance, Repair/Replacement of Security Surveillance System based on IP CCTV Surveillance System. 2. UNIOGBIS will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNIOGBIS requirements. 3. The interested companies will be requested to complete UN Vendor registration accessible on ungm.org (new vendors only). 4. The EOI should specify brief relevant information about the company including the company’s profile, capacity/capability, licences, experience, commercial registration etc…. Vendors will be shortlisted based on their ability to provide the relevant documents . 5. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of bid solicitations. The United Nations reserves the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process. 6. UNIOGBIS reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below. 7. The expressions of interest may be submitted by mail or facsimile clearly marked with the inscription "Expression of Interest" [EOI] - Provision, installation, maintenance, repairt and replacement of security surveillance system, based on IP CCTV surveillance system, at its Headquarters in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau., no later than 17:00 hours on 25 August 2016. 8.
