1. The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) has a requirement of provision of services at it-s Lakilaki Premises in Arusha Tanzania as indicated below:1.1 ) Expansion of the existing system by the installation of fire detection and alarm systems to the following additional locations:Building Rooms Total Area (sqm)Office 40 440Pump House 1 20Containerized Offices/facilities 26 390Press Room & Gate Facility 4 250Guard Post 3 12Warehouse 1 330Welfare Shed 1 110Security Locker room 4 60Cafeteria 7 220Generator Shed 1 1851.2) Supply and install interface equipment to integrate individual Fire Detection and Alarm Systems in the eight (8) Prefabricated Buildings and Kitchen, to the existing centralized system.1.3) Provision of maintenance services for the newly installed and existing Fire Detection and Alarm systems, including FM200 Fire suppression in the Data Centre and Fire Extinguishers. 2) The contract shall be for an initial period of two (2) years with option to extend for three (3) additionalperiods of one (1) year each.3) Complete details will be provided with the solicitation document.4) Please note that responding to this request for EO...
