The subject of the order is the transfer of use, implementation and integration of a comprehensive security software solution for an IT environment of 1, 400 end devices (clients/servers) and 2, 500 AD users consisting of the following functional core services: - Endpoint detection and response (EDR) - Extended detection and response (XDR) - Managed detection and response (MDR) - Risk and vulnerability management - Patch management - Hard drive encryption Based on the aforementioned software solution and IT environment services must continue to be provided by a professional Security Operations Center (SOC). The project implementation is planned until September 30, 2026. At least the go-live operation of Endpoint Protection & Response (EDR) can be ensured. The future contractor is responsible for implementing the project in accordance with the contract and on time. The client's administrators are responsible for imparting knowledge of application-safe administration Training software solution. The client can use the holistic software solution with MDR/SOC services with identical terms for a minimum contract term of 3 years with the option of a one-time extension for another year left.
