Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Hydraulic Workover Unit Services (Hwu) for Completions, Workover and Well Testing Operations
The scope of work requires the provision of Hydraulic work over Units (HWU) to support completions, work over and well testing operations.

The HWU is expected to have the following minimum technical specifications:-

1. Constructed not more than 10 years ago.

2. Maximum through bore-Jack/work: 11″/13/8″.

3. Maximum Snubbing capacity: 180, 000lbs

4. Jock Details: Nominal lifting capacity 600, 000 lbs, Nominal bore 11 1.8″, Maximum stroke 10 ft. Standard lift 580, 770 lbs, No load speed 0.9 ft/sec, Regenerative lift 294, 510 lbs, No load speed 1.69 ft/sec.

5. Hydraulic Power Pack Unit: 2 x 450 HP Diesel power packs (Soundproof, installed with spark arrestors).

6. Minimum number of Generators (for electric rig option): 2 x 200 KWA Generators (with electric starter)

7. Two (2) 1000 HP triplex mud pumps with 5000 psi WP

8. BOP control panel on the work basket

9. One (1) x 80 MT SWL cranes to API 2C specifications

10. Accommodation for minimum of 120 persons (with catering, cleaning, red-fox sewage treatment system, laundry services, water maker etc.)

11. Minimum storage capacities:

a. mud tanks - 500 bbl (with agitators)

b. drill water-500 bbl

c. potable water - 200 bbl

d. Fuel-200 bbl

12. 5 K BOP RAM-type Assembly Size with appropriate COC/COS-11″; 5, 000 psi.

13. 5K BOP Ram-type configuration with appropriate COC/COS Min of 2 ram-type BOP: CAMERON Type U Double Blowout Preventer, 11″ x 5K PSI w/11″ x 5K Drilling Spool.

14. 5K BOP Annular preventer size and WP with appropriate COC/COS Annular Blowout Preventer 11″ x 5K PSI.

15. Solids control package consisting of 4 x shale shakers, desander, etc.

16. Mud processing equipment such as Mud Gas Separator & Degasser.
