Provision of Home Security Enhancements for Dtc Botswana Employees
Scope of Work The scope of work shall cover the following: The proposed security measures shall include the following: Option 1 - A Standard (3) Bedroomed House. 3.1 Close Circuit Television (CCTV) System Page 3 of 16 3.1.1 Eight (8) Channel wi-fi DVR outdoor kit 4 cameras with recording capability. (Possibility of increasing depending on the area to be covered). These should be High-resolution (4k) cameras to provide clear coverage during the day and at night including DVR recording and retaining footage capabilities for at least two weeks. 3.2 Intrusion Detection System (IDS) 3.2.1 Outdoor Sensors to detect intruders. 3.2.2 Indoor Sensors (Passive Infrared) 3.2.3 Magnetic Window and Door Sensors 3.2.4 Siren (Speakers). 3.2.5 Keypads for arming and disarming the areas. 3.2.6 Mobile Panic - Capability to report to selected different individuals. 3.2.7 Cell phone connection capability to assist in remote monitoring. 3.3 Supply and Installation of PIDS. 3.3.1 Supply and Installation of the selected or preferred Security Measures 3.4 Integration of CCTV and Intrusion Detection Systems 3.4.1 Integrated Security measures for efficiency 3.4.2 Wi-fi dongle (use of sim card) 3.5 24 hrs. Monitoring - Alarm Response 3.5.1 This should be in the form of SMS alerts sent to selected individuals and a response team from an employee selected Security vendor.
