Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Furmigation Service
Tender will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures. Interested

eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the

office of Procurement Management Unit (PMU), P.o. Box 291, Mbozi District in Songwe

Region from 01* June 2022 to 17* June 2022 at 8:00hrs - 16:00hrs on Monday to Friday.

Deadline for submission of tender documents will be on 17th June 2022 at 10:00Hrs.

3. Upon collection of bid documents at PMU office, a non-refundable payments of Tanzania

shillings one hundred fifty thousand only (150, 000/=) will be paid though our bank accounts

named MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LTD account No. 01J1065190000 CRDB MBOZI BRANCH or account No. 61203500001 NMB MBOZI BRANCH.

4. All bids in one original phase two (2) copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelope, the outer cover clearly marked specific bid/lot number and name of tender. Bids will be opened on 17TH June 2022 from 12:00Hrs to 16:00Hrs promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend in person at Mbozi Coffee Curing Company Limited Conference Room.

5. All bidders must be registered and having valid business license, VAT and TIN certificate, list of recent performed contracts, and other registration certificates from authorized institutions.
