Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Fortified Porridge Flour with Composition Made by Corn, Soy Blended with Added Sugar as Well as Skimmed Milk Powder and Premix.

All interested companies/individual suppliers should present the following mandatory valid documents: Rwanda FDA Operating license; HACCP Certificate; ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System; At least three tenders previously performed with similar composition; VAT certificate; RRA Tax clearance; RDB Business Registration Certificate.

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Wednesday, 9th February 2022 at 2:30 p.m. The public opening of bids is fixed on the same date at 2:45 p.m at DUHAMIC-ADRI headquarters conference room.
