Tenders are invited for Provision of Flight Service.
1. SADO is planning to have Flight Service agent for project Locations.
2. The office of SADO invites all the interested companies in Somalia to participate in an open tender for the provision of Flight Service for the above-mentioned project. SADO has the honor to invite your company to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) response to Air Ticket/Travel Agent Sourcing. SADO is seeking suppliers who can offer the most cost efficient solution with a high quality of performance, service and sustainability. The description is as follows:

Local Flight Cost all Somali Regions from Mogadishu

International Flight from Nairobi to Somalia ( Kismayo, Mogadishu, Hargeysa, Garowe and Bosaso)
3. Bidders should quote for unit prices, the total price and areas of operation. Prices indicated on the Price Schedule shall be the cost of the services quoted including all customs duties and VAT and other taxes payable. Prices quoted by the tenderer shall remain fixed during the term of the contract unless otherwise agreed by the parties. A tender submitted with an adjustable price quotation will be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected.
4. All quotations should be signed and stamped by the bidder and unstamped bids will not be accepted.
5. All interested bidders should submit the following documents with theft quotations:
? Legally registered with relevant ministries (Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Tourism)
? Clearance/permit letter indicating government taxation payment
? Copy of bank statement details
? Supplier's passport/ID
? Certification of previous experiences
? Capacity of the company to finance its self for the work (financial/bank statement)
? Company profile.
