It wishes to engage a professional reliable contractor to provide the service.Specific Requirements/InformationThe following mandatory requirements must be noted:a) The service provider must be able to deliver uninterrupted, secure, and dedicated internet connectivity to OCHA Sudan offices through fiber‑optic infrastructure, with bandwidth capacity ranging from 10 Mbps to 100 Mbps for both download and upload speedsb) The service provider must be duly licensed and authorized to provide fiber‑optic internet services in Sudan by the Government of Sudan and the National Telecommunications Corporation (NTC) of Sudan. The proposed service must demonstrate high stability, reliability, and availability.c) The service provider must have a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in providing internet connectivity services within Sudan.
